Draft: this page is under final review and may change before Skill Forge officially launches. Questions: support@webbox.app
Short version: If SkillForge isn't working for you, we'll refund. The first 14 days of any new subscription are no-questions-asked. After that, we still try to do the right thing — just email us.
Any first-time paid subscription (Personal, Pro, or Team) can be refunded within 14 days of the initial charge. No questions asked. Email support@webbox.app with the subject line "Refund request", include the account email, and we'll process the refund within 5 business days.
This applies to your first paid subscription. If you've subscribed before, canceled, and re-subscribed, the 14-day window doesn't reset — but see Section 3 below; we still consider case-by-case.
Because annual subscriptions are a bigger commitment up front, we extend the refund window to 30 days for new annual subscribers. Same process: email support@webbox.app within 30 days of the charge.
If something is genuinely wrong — a critical skill stopped working, a billing error, a service outage that affected your work — please email us anyway. We don't have a rigid policy after the window because we'd rather handle these case by case, and we aim to be fair.
What "reasonable" looks like:
What we generally don't refund:
If you're not sure whether your situation qualifies, email and we'll talk.
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe. Most cards reflect the refund within 5–10 business days. If you paid with a method that no longer exists (closed card, expired account), we'll work out an alternative.
Canceling your subscription and requesting a refund are different things:
Most people who don't want to continue just need to cancel — you don't lose what you've already paid for, you just stop the next charge.
If you joined SkillForge with a promo or invite code that gave you a free or discounted start, the refund window begins on the date of your first paid charge, not the date you signed up. The same 14-day no-questions rule applies (30 days for annual plans).
If you think a charge is wrong, please email support@webbox.app first. We can almost always sort it out faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended (Stripe imposes meaningful fees on us for chargebacks, and a chargeback from a customer we never heard from is a strong abuse signal).
If we can't resolve it together, of course your chargeback rights with your card issuer are unaffected.

This policy interacts with our Terms of Service. The 14-day no-questions refund is our standard offering and exceeds what's required by most consumer-protection laws — we'd rather treat customers well than fight over $9.
